  • 66 year old Earl was evaluated to be at 3rd grade level and has advanced to 6th grade level in 8 months. He now reads to children in the park
  • 23 year old Michele never thought reading was important until she saw her sister, a student of Focus On Literacy, improve and go to college & graduate.  Although Michele graduated high school, she was on a 2nd grade level but in 3 months increased her skills a full grade.
  • 8 year old Sando was reading below his grade level, and in 6 months progressed to reading on a 4th grade level.
  • 33 year old Gary dropped out of school in the 9th grade. His initial ability was marginal at best and is now reading on a 4th grade level. He is also helping his daughter with her school work.
